Finding Resolution’s on-site DISC workshop provides insight on communication styles for participants and their colleagues. First, participants take the DISC assessment to learn their communication style prior to the workshop. Next, during the workshop participants learn characteristics of the other communication styles and how better to “talk” with individuals having that style.
