SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT GROUPS

Having a small business can be tough. Ever feel isolated? Want a couple people to bounce off ideas?

SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT GROUPS (SBSG)

SBSGs are groups of small business owners who want a confidential (Zoom) platform for peer support and coaching on current challenges.  Members will receive ideas, inspiration and motivation from others in the group who may have experienced similar challenges.

Is the SBSG for me?

The group provides an alliance of peers that support you and give focused attention to your specific situation.  It generates a sense of calm so you move forward with confidence.  The members of each group will agree that all discussions will be confidential which means that topics, comments are not mentioned outside the group.

Simply put, SBSG is a small group of individuals with common goals who want to work on those goals in a supportive and motivating environment.  The rest of the group serves as that person’s Board of Advisors.  Group members offer each other honest feedback, brainstorming, cheerleading and much needed truth-telling.

Number of members in each SBSG:  3-5

Frequency of meetings:  Once a month

Length of each Zoom Meeting: 45- 60 minutes

BRING FRC IN-HOUSE!

For one day a month, Finding Resolution Consulting (FRC) comes to your office to support employees and provide a more engaged workforce through confidential coaching and training.

This service allows you to look at the employee relationship differently.
