Mediation Services
Finding Resolution, LLC is a mediation/facilitation practice with the goal to improve the quality of life for families, couples, organizations and individuals through mediation and facilitation. The mission of Finding Resolution is to relieve burdens caused by unresolved challenges, conflicts and life disruptions by working with concerned parties to an issue to create their own mutually agreed upon solutions for a positive outcome for all.

What is Mediation?
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process where the parties involved find their own mutually-acceptable solutions. A mediator is a neutral third-party acting as a conduit for understanding and facilitating negotiations.

When to Use Mediation
Mediation can be used to resolve any issue. Using mediation in marital/divorce issues can save time, money and allow the parties to reach their own decisions - not a judge.

Mediation is ideal for resolution of intact family issues such as:
   • Parents/Teens
   • Stepfamily Adjustments
   • Aging Parents
Mediation has also been successfully used to resolve issues dealing with:
   • Elder Care
   • Neighborhoods
   • Family-owned and Small Businesses
   • Student and Employee Disputes
